SunWater Spa is a sanctuary for wellness nestled at the foot of Tava (Pikes Peak), in the charming mountain town of Manitou Springs, Colorado. Our outdoor cedar soaking tubs are filled with the mineral-rich water from 7 Minute Spring–one of eight natural mineral springs in Manitou. In addition to mineral-water soaking, our spa offers a full menu of spa treatments and services, along with yoga classes and community events.

THE WATERS
The eight mineral springs in Manitou Springs are not naturally hot. Because of this, we heat the water at our facility to provide a relaxing environment to soak up all the benefits of the mineral content. 7 Minute Spring contains calcium, chloride, fluoride, iron, lithium, magnesium, potassium, silica, sodium, sulfate, and zinc. In addition to our twelve outdoor soaking tubs, we have several communal amenities including a saline pool, two additional tubs at various temperatures, and two cold plunges.
